MMARated: Silva vs. Irvin, Franca vs. Edgar on July 19th

MMARated’s Ariel Helwani broke the news this afternoon that Anderson Silva will make his debut at light-heavyweight on the UFC’s last minute July 19th show.
According to Helwani, Silva will fight the always unpredictable James Irvin. Helwani also broke news of a lightweight fight between Hermes Franca and Frankie “The Answer” Edgar.
UFC’s July 19th show has not been officially announced, but numerous reports have confirmed plans for the show. A UFC show on Spike TV July 19th would be in direct competition for viewers with Affliction’s first PPV show, Banned.
